After Payment confirmed, we will confirm the installation by phone in office hours within 2 working days

This advanced service intended to  resolve technical problems encountered by customers when using Assurelink HOME system. For example, the connection abnormality, difficulties using the sensors,or installation location issues, etc
The service team will provide an on-site inspection and troubleshooting service around three months after installation. If customers have any problems after installation, they can also call to arrange on-site support services. We will call to confirm the visit in two working days after request received.

The installation service will confirm the installation date, time and address with the customer 48 hours in advance after order confirmed. 
We will bring the product for installation.Detail explaination of the system will be provided, and we can also assist the installation of the mobile apps with detail explanation of use.
