Exchange Policy
If the requested replacement item has been sold out, the value amount will be refunded according to our refund policy procedure.
The receipt of purchase is needed for any replacement.
We reserved the rights to refuse any replacement with appearance or missing of any spare parts issues. If free gift is damaged, re-issue of the item will be arranged as soon as possible.
7-day exchange guarantee
When ordered goods received, it is your responsibility to check whether there is any damaged in appearance and whether the list of accessories are completed.
Replacement is guaranteed, for the product quality is found to be not meeting the production standards, within 7 days after receiving the goods. You should contact our Customer Service Department to register and arrange the replacement process. When the product is under warranty, you can also enjoy the warranty provided by the agent, and you can return the product to the manufacturer/agent for repair.
