We offer the following delivery and pickup services:

• Registered mail service by Hongkong Post.
• Self-pickup from SF Express intelligent lockers.
• Self-pickup from SF Express stations and service centers.

• For purchases of HK$800 or above, you are entitled to a one-time free local delivery service.
• Delivery service is limited to designated areas within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For inquiries about delivery to other special areas, please contact us.
• Delivery service is not available for non-fixed addresses, restricted border areas, outlying islands, storage facilities, and locations that cannot be accessed via stairs and require entry through a balcony.

Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

After confirming your order on the Anxin Online Shopping Platform, if your order is accepted, our staff will contact you within the next 2 working days to confirm the delivery time and date. Under normal circumstances, orders within Hong Kong will be delivered to the registered address within approximately 3 working days after the goods are ordered. However, if there is a delay in the processing of payment due to the credit card bank's approval, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly.

Delivery times are subject to delays, suspensions, or rescheduling due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, location, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. Assurelink Limited will not be held responsible for any such delays or rescheduling, regardless of whether the cause is within our control.

To change the delivery address or date/time, or modify the original sales order, please contact Assurelink Limited Customer Service at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

If the delivery personnel are unable to complete the delivery and obtain a signature due to security issues or other reasons related to the registered delivery address, Assurelink Limited reserves the right to require the customer to pick up the goods directly from Assurelink Limited office, without making further delivery arrangements.

In the event of any disputes, Assurelink Limited reserves the final decision-making authority.

According to the selected self-pickup method on the Assurelink online shopping platform, please proceed to the office to collect your purchased items. If you have not collected the products within 3 days from the date of collection, Assurelink will attempt to contact and remind you to collect them as soon as possible within the specified timeframe. If you have not collected the products within 13 days from the chosen pickup date, Assurelink will consider it as abandonment and cancel the order. The products will be retrieved, and a refund will be issued to the credit card account registered on the Assurelink e-Shop at the time of purchase. For any inquiries, please contact our staff.

When collecting the products, you need to present a printed copy of the order notification email or a pickup notification on your mobile device with a barcode for verification. Please provide the contact phone number registered during the purchase and present a valid identification document for identity verification. If you fail to provide any of the mentioned information, Assurelink reserves the right to refuse product collection.

If you are unable to collect the products in person, please authorize someone to collect on your behalf by providing them with an authorization letter and the order notification email.

In the event that the office is closed during the product collection due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, customers can visit the office the next day to collect the products.
