Exchange Policy
7-Day Exchange Guarantee
When you or the designated recipient receives the ordered item, it is your responsibility to inspect the appearance of the product for any damage and to check if all accessories are included.
If within 7 days of receiving the product, you find that the quality does not meet manufacturing standards, Assurelink guarantees an exchange (terms and conditions apply). You must first contact the customer service department to register and arrange the exchange process. If the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period, you can also enjoy the warranty provided by the distributor and return the product to the manufacturer/distributor for repair.

- The exchanged product must not be damaged, worn, or have been exposed to water.

Force Majeure
If Assurelink is unable to accurately provide the services you require due to force majeure reasons (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes, or any circumstances beyond SHOPLINE's control), Assurelink will not be held responsible for any liability to users or any third parties.
